Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders $55+.

Delivery times vary depending on location, but generally fall within:

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Puerto Rico: 4–8 business day

  Tracking Your Order

  Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us.

  Shipping Issues

  Arena Azul is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the package and item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  Address Accuracy

  Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
