Arena Azul Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Arena Azul pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in original, unworn condition

  • You’re requesting a different size or would prefer a refund

We’re happy to exchange your item or issue a refund once we receive and inspect the piece.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the item:

  • Is damaged, altered, or worn due to customer handling

  • Is returned beyond the 14-day return window

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and item. We’ll work with you on a full refund or replacement.
